Genius Gateway Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Xenix HR mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

The App is a self-service portal for employees of companies using the Xenix Enterprise HR & Payroll system. We collect and process:

• Account Information - Employee code and authentication credentials for login purposes.
• Employment Data - Personal details, employment records, payroll information, leave balances, attendance records, and claims data as provided by your employer through the Xenix Enterprise system.
• Device Information - Device type and operating system version for app compatibility and troubleshooting.
• Photos and Camera - Only when you choose to scan receipts or upload attachments for claims.
• Biometric Data - Face ID or fingerprint data is processed locally on your device for authentication. We do not store or transmit biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and provide access to your employment data.
• To display your payslips, leave balances, attendance records, and claims.
• To process leave applications and expense claims on your behalf.
• To scan receipts using your device camera for claims submission.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on servers managed by your employer. The App communicates with your employer's Xenix Enterprise system over encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-specific encrypted storage (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your employment data is only accessible to you and authorized personnel within your employer's organization as configured in the Xenix Enterprise system.

5. Data Retention

The App caches data locally for offline access. Cached data is automatically cleared periodically. When you log out, all locally stored data is removed from your device. Your employment data is retained by your employer in accordance with their data retention policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data through the App.
• Request correction of inaccurate data through your employer's HR department.
• Delete locally cached data by logging out or uninstalling the App.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by employees and is not directed at children under 18 years of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
